Our price we are offering 2 with the possibility of 3 like minded business is $550 each month including GST. This rate includes access to the storage room, kitchen, washroom, ample time sharing for the open studio space, retail showroom, wifi and alarm system. For the right candidate we will also share the office!!  First and last months rent will be collected upon signing and agreement. We would offer 6 month minimum contracts with the opportunity to save on your monthly rate if you sign for 1 year of longer.

You would be responsible for your phone, cash/debit machine. Utilities and condo fees are paid by us. There is tons of free off street parking for this ground floor end unit space and is centrally located close to Carnival Cinemas, the new Float Shack location, fitness centers, naturopathic doctors office, pre-school, karate studio and more.

Your time sharing would be wide open for most evenings and a good portion of weekends and quite a few week days for the studio side. Time slots are absolutely negotiable, lets work together to make this work for everyone! Your business must mesh well with young families.

We will run business as usual on the Mommy Connections side (classes and presenters etc.) and add in retail items (carriers, cloth diapers, natural skin and laundry care, wellness products, diaper bags and more) We will be able to offer more classes as well such as DIY classes, first aid, car seat courses, yoga, drop in play dates with coffee (yum!!) and so much more!

This is an amazingly awesome opportunity to everyone in the area! This could mean, no more driving to Edmonton or Calgary or ordering online and hope it’s what you expected. It will allow local businesses to be showcased in ways that wasn’t achievable before, be it through sharing a space with that business or featuring their products on our shelves!

Hourly – $20
1/2 day (4 hours) – $75
Daily – (8 hours) $140
Weekend (Saturday & Sunday, possibility of Friday evening) – $260

We will offer discounts on the rates if you pre-book in volume, GST will be added to the price.
