Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in Red Deer and Central Alberta in our Mom & Baby Program this winter in North Red Deer.

Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion, keepsake, or activity led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and introducing solids to babywearing and mom and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.

We meet on Tuesdays from 1 – 2:30 p.m. at Make Your Mark Dance.

This class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 9 months.

The Details:

• Classes take place indoors, at Make Your Mark Dance, located at 4716 60 St. in Red Deer
• Starting on November 13, we’ll meet every Wednesday at 12 p.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)
• The first 30 – 60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert, such as infant speech, yoga, infant sleep, music, pelvic floor and core health, music, and more.
• Once the activity portion of each class has finished, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.
• All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.
