Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in  Sylvan Lake in our Mom & Baby Program in Sylvan Lake this fall!

Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion, keepsake, or activity led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and introducing solids to babywearing and mom and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.

This class takes place on Mondays, 1 – 2:30 p.m. at the Drop ‘n’ Hop Play Cafe in Sylvan Lake.

This class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 15 months.

The Details:

• Classes take place indoors at the Drop ‘n’ Hop Play Cafe, located at #2120, 29 Beju Industrial Dr., Sylvan Lake.
• We meet every Monday starting on November 10 at 1:00 p.m. for 90 minutes (for a total of 6 sessions)
• The first 30 – 60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert, such as infant speech, yoga, infant sleep, music, pelvic floor and core health, music, and more.
• Once the activity portion of each class has finished, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.
• All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.
