In My Bag- Healing Balm by Olive Baby

I’m always looking for products with multi-use – Great for everyone and helps to minimize the amount of load that I carry in my purse. Digging through my purse this week, I was reminded of a product I wanted to share.

The product I’m enjoying using is the Healing Balm by Olive Baby. I love products that can be used not only on  baby but the whole family. In addition, I enjoy using  pure products as much as I can on the whole family- especially to soothe their dry/ irritated skin, and booboos. A little bit of the balm rubbed between your palms before applying goes along way. So, while the jar is compact, the product lasts for multiple uses. In terms of product consistency,  the balm goes on light ( not super greasy ) and absorbs quickly into the skin.

This product is made in small batches in Barrie Ontario. An added bonus of this product is I can easily identify and understand the ingredients listed on the label. This reassures me that the ingredients are more natural with minimal additives. Olive Baby products are formulated by a Naturopathic Doctor , Anna Falkowski, who was driven to create products for kids and people with sensitive skin. The goal of the formulas are to use the “healing benefits of nature”.

Ingredients you will find in the Healing Balm are:

• Olive Oil
• Calendula
• Marshmallow Root
• Lavender
• Vitamin E
• Natural Beeswax

As the seasons change and the cooler weather comes in, this healing balm can also help to protect the face or exposed skin from the elements- which I am looking forward to test out with myself and the family.
