Mom & Baby – Innisfil, ONTARIO

Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in Innisfil and Surrounding area! 

Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun,  low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from infant sleep to introducing solids to maternal mental health and pelvic floor health.  We also try fun and interactive activities for mom and baby – like baby carrier fitness, early literacy or music (please note, these are general topic guidelines – they may not be offered each session).

This 6 week session runs every Tuesday morning, 10:30AM – 11:30AM from June 2 – July 7, 2026. This class is ideal for moms and non-mobile babies, newborn to 6 months at the time of the first class.  The cost is $149 + HST.
