Join us for a POP-Up TOTs Class on July 9th from 10:30–11:30 AM at Vertical Zone Trampoline Club for a fun-filled Parent & Tot Music and Movement Class!

(walking- age 3)

This 50-minute structured class is designed for parents/guardians and their little ones to participate together. With the support of a parent or caregiver, participants will explore fundamental movements such as jumping, rolling, climbing, balancing, and supporting.

Children will also be introduced to:

• Basic gymnastics body positions
• Simple stretching exercises
• Activities focused on developing motor skills and coordination

Come move, play, and learn together in an engaging and energetic class.
