Mom and Baby Session:

Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms ! 

Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun,  low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from infant sleep to introducing solids to maternal mental health and pelvic floor health.  We also try fun and interactive activities for mom and baby – like yoga, sign language, or music.

What do you get ?

Included in your $149+HST registration fee is:

•   six classes full of information, activity, bonding opportunities and connection
•   A free professional picture of you and your baby, taken by a local photographer
•   Each class will be limited to 12 participants.
•   All participants will also be added to a private WhatsApp group chat for this class.

The exception to this is twin mamas, you are able to bring another caregiver (male or female) to class with you for our swimming class (caregiver can be your partner, nanny, friend, family member etc)
