Description
Join us for a free afternoon of music, nature, and discovery at The Clover School – High Park Campus on Tuesday, June 9th from 12:30–2:00 PM.
Designed for parents and babies aged 8-18 months, our Groove and Garden event is the perfect way to connect with your little one and explore something new together.
The experience includes:
Garden Explorers with Ms. Vesna
Our Urban Gardening Specialist, Ms. Vesna Bosnar of The Edible Lab, will lead a delightful hands-on gardening experience where little ones (and their grown-ups!) can get their hands in the soil, explore our greenhouse and garden beds, and plant the seeds of a lifelong love for the natural world. Expect dirt, giggles, and tiny green thumbs!
Music Makers with Ms. Tess
Our Music Specialist, Ms. Tess, will lead a joyful and interactive Music Makers circle where little ones and their caregivers can sing, move, and explore the magic of music together. With years of experience as a vocal teacher, choir coach, and artistic director – and as the creator of Smash Music: Sing Me a Story Hooray! – Ms. Tess brings a playful energy that draws everyone in! Together, you’ll discover rhythm, melody, and storytelling through song in a warm and welcoming environment. Expect music, movement, laughter, and plenty of special moments of connection
You’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy a guided tour through the school, offering a chance to explore the space, ask questions, and get a feel for the environment at your own pace.
