About our program:
Each week features a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from maternal mental health, prenatal fitness, labour & delivery and infant First Aid. This class will help prepare you for the ‘fourth trimester’ (aka the first few months of parenthood). You’ll also get to meet a group of supportive women who are at the same stage as you! Each week there will be an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.
This session is for expecting women only and is designed to compliment, not replace a more traditional pre-natal program.
