You know what they say… when life is busy, get a puppy! Just kidding. As if life with two small children and running a business wasn’t enough, we decided to adopt an adorable, 12 week old Labrador Retriever named Zoey. So to say life has been busy is a complete understatement…

In times like these, I am so thankful that I have found Inspired Go. This incredible meal prep service delivers affordable, healthy salads straight to your door. Salads start at $10 and you don’t need to sign up for a subscription which is great because you can order whenever you need a little help with meal prep for the week. They also have gift bundles which would make for a great gift for new parents whose lives are sure to get busy once their new arrival joins their family. They have such a great variety of chef crafted, fresh meals that stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. All of their salads include Greenhouse lettuce and delicious ingredients and dressings that you toss right in their containers for a healthy, satisfying and easy meal! 

My delivery came on Sunday in a convenient freezer bag so I had a fridge full of healthy salads prepared for me to enjoy throughout the week. Included in my order was the following: Blueberry Boost, California Crunch, Berry Superfood, Falafel Fusion, Autumn Harvest and Apple & Farro Salad. I honestly could not tell you which one was my favourite because they were all so good! I loved that I could just open the fridge and quickly grab my lunch. 

There wasn’t any prep or clean up since it was all ready to go in their patented packaging. Everyday I was so excited for all of the wonderful flavours and I was proud of myself for eating a salad instead of choosing something else unhealthy yet convenient. 

As our puppy grows and life begins to settle down, I will definitely order from Inspired Go again. They have new recipes every week which I can’t wait to try!!!
