A bit about me:
As a mother of two, and one who has a child with health complications, I knew I needed to help other moms like me. I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who specializes in helping babies/toddlers thrive, while helping moms navigate motherhood with a positive outlook. I provide natural health solutions for mom/baby, feeding strategies for picky/problem eaters, stress-busting and energy-boosting tips for mom, and simple recipes for meal planning.
