Mama Get Your Sexy Back – Final Part 3

The call came that my pictures were ready. I was so excited to see how they turned out! I sat down and the slideshow began. Of course I wasn’t wearing my glasses, so like a weirdo I stood and got close to the t.v screen while the slideshow was going on. It felt odd seeing myself on the screen, but at the same time I couldn’t believe how incredible I looked!

If I didn’t have old fashioned in-laws or a small (I stretch on using the word small) amount of bashfulness I would plaster them everywhere. I look like a supermodel. At least I think I do. 🙂 Despite of these two things I will certainly show you some pictures on here! I can’t string you along all this way to show you nothing, can I?

Here we took a before picture. Yes I know I look horrid, but I knew I wouldn’t need to do my hair or make-up that morning.

I wasn’t sure how to show my husband. I thought I would wait for M to go to bed and put them on the t.v screen at home or, I really wished I was clever to think in advance of a cute way to show him. But a) I am extremely inpatient and b) so is my husband, who knew I was getting the pictures done. If it was  surprise for him, I certainly would have done a whole thing though.

I’m really glad I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and did this. I was of course nervous and scared and the typical “but I’ don’t look like a supermodel” or “I need to loose 10 lbs first”. Ellamae Boudoir is all about “Boudoir Photography For Real Women”. That’s the point mamas! That’s the point of this all. Let’s love our bodies how they are, stretch marks, mummy tummy or whatever you don’t like. I bet our husbands wouldn’t care if there was an extra mark or 10 lbs on there instead. His wife is a hot supermodel and the pictures are all his! Go get your sexy back!
