I am extremely fortunate and appreciative to have discovered Mommy Connections. Although my partner and family provided unwavering support during this significant life transition, I still experienced a sense of isolation.

However, upon joining MC and interacting with mothers in similar life stages, I gained the opportunity to candidly discuss the realities of being a first-time mother. This newfound connection has imbued motherhood with a deeper meaning and enhanced my overall enjoyment of the experience.

How I function, my doctor still does not know.

Did you know 1 in 4 women suffer from iron deficiency? This is common with pregnant women, post partum mamas who are breastfeeding, vegans, vegetarians.

It affected my day to day especially with a very high energy toddler. I was always tired, often sick.
