Learn, have fun with your baby, and meet other new moms in Leduc and Beaumont, Alberta in our Mom & Baby Program this fall.

Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion or activity led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep and introducing solids to babywearing and mom and baby photos. Plus an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.

We meet from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Tuesdays. This class will take place in Leduc for three classes and in Beaumont for three classes. This may vary.

This class is ideal for moms with babies 0 – 12 months.

The Details:

• Classes take place indoors at Turning Pointe Dance Company in Beaumont and True Touch in Leduc.
• Starting on January 20, we’ll meet every Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. (for a total of 6 sessions)
• The first 30 -60 minutes of each class will include an activity or discussion by a local expert, such as yoga, infant sleep, pelvic floor and core health, music, and more.
• Once the activity portion of each class has finished, we’ll spend time connecting through conversation.
• All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.
