Myranda is a Registered Physiotherapist, Certified Pelvic Floor Therapist and Spinning Babies Parent Birth Educator focused on helping pregnant women and their partners find ease and comfort during pregnancy and Birth.
In this session, Myranda will provide basic prenatal education to help you understand your adjusting body and address common pregnancy symtpoms such as: pelvic girdle pain, round ligament, discomfort with sleeping/rolling over in bed, pelvic floor symptoms.
Strategies include how your partner can support you as well!
This guidance can help you create balance in your body that supports ease in birth and early postpartum.
