Our Mom-To-Be program includes a wealth of information to prepare you for the final stages of pregnancy, birth and the ‘fourth trimester’ (aka the first few months of parenthood). You’ll also get to meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you.
Our flagship Mom & Baby programs offer new moms a unique opportunity to learn from local experts, try new activities and socialize with others at the same stage – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.
A unique opportunity for toddlers and their caregivers to play, explore, and make new friends! Each week, the group travels to a new location in the area to enjoy a different structured activity – from music to gymnastics to swimming to crafts.
