This week we had an amazing session with special guest presenter Meaghan Dickert, fitness guru and all-around HAWT mama.
The moms and I were taught the best ways to help our bodies heal after childbirth, and also (and very importantly) how to love the changes in our bodies that childbirth has brought.
Here is a link to the worksheet that she so kindly provided, knowing (as only a mother would) that any papers she handed out would only end up crumpled in the bottom of a diaper bag.
