Mommy Connections Post-Natal programs were designed as an alternative to the traditional public programs. Our modernized programs are held during weekdays for 90 minutes over a period of 8 weeks and include expert speakers on topics such as post-natal fitness, baby wearing, diapering, baby communication, community programs, clubs and classes for mom & baby, dosing, baby dental concerns, nutrition, infant safety, infant massage, returning to work and more!
We strive to make our programs as interactive as possible so you can actually try out a class before officially registering for it!
The next program starts, Monday, September 12 at 10:00am at the West Edmonton Christian Assembly (WECA).

Is there a play room on site for older siblings? I have a 3 1/2 year old as well.

Thanks for your inquiry. The current west edmonton location for post-natal does not have a play room on site. You are still welcome to bring him along if you like (with some toys to entertain etc). Edmonton-North post natal program is held at Gymboree so there is normally more older siblings involved, so that could be an alternate option. Let me know if you have any further questions. Jenaya
