Prenatal Classes start September 12, 2011 (Edmonton)

The Mommy Connections Pre-Natal program was designed to do more than just educate moms and dads about the birthing process. It is designed to connect parents and create a support network before the babies are even born. The classes include psychology of labour, stages of labour, comfort measures, postpartum for mom & babe, safety & carseats, breastfeeding & more! The classes are facilitated by a group of Registered Nurses and Doulas. We have certifications in carseat installation & lactation consulting.

The next 6 week program starts September 12th, from 7-9pm at ASAC and costs $185/couple.
