Fisher-Price TrackMaster™ Quest for the Crown Playset Review – Mom Approved!

When the TrackMaster™ Quest for the Crown Playset arrived my son was ecstatic!  “Open it!, Open it!” which we did right away.  He LOVES trains (like most 2 year old boys do!) and already having two trackmaster sets I knew this would quickly become a favourite!

The TrackMaster™ Quest for the Crown Playset was super easy to set up with all plastic pieces simply snapping together, no screws required!  It was ready to be enjoyed within about 5 minutes.  We have another more complicated set (Risky Rails Bridge Drop) and it was not the most friendly to assemble (although it could have been the operator!!) so I was a bit nervous with this but it was super simple – excellent design!

My son races to get everything done in time for Thomas to succeed – swinging the crane to return the missing track, setting up the collapsing wall, opening the castle gate and returning the crown to the abandoned mine only to be rescued again.  This happens over and over again!

Grandparents read: I definitely recommend it for a gift– it’s not noisy or annoying with a million pieces to get stepped on or lost.  Mom approved!  A great toy to get through the long winter ahead!
