With fall here and winter fast approaching, it`s comforting to head to an indoor playground, let the kids burn some energy and grab a latte with your moms group friends! This list of all the indoor playgrounds in the city will allow you to keep things fresh during the loong winter ahead!

**Remember – socks are mandatory at all of these play spaces so keep extras in the car to be safe!

Here is what you will find in Edmonton (Click the links to visit the websites for more info):

Café O’Play – Riverbend – 5667 Riverbend Rd NW

  •  Open M–W 9-6pm; Th-F 9-8pm; Saturday 9-3pm
  •  Admission: under 6 months free; 6m-1yr and siblings $3.50; regular admission $7 per child
  •  Food is great but expect a wait during busy times.  Everything is prepared fresh (hot paninis, fruit/veggie platters, delicious hummus and yummy lattes)
  • Particularly awesome for the under 3 crowd and moms too!

Inflatable Fun, Fun Place and Café – 3633 99 Street

  • Open T-F 9:30–4pm
  • Admission: $6 for ages 1 and over.
  • Food is made in-house fresh, delicious, and sourced local where possible.

Hide n’ Seek – 10830 170 St NW

  •  Open 9am-9pm, 7 days/week
  • Admission: under 1 year free; 1+ years varies from $6.50-$14.50 based on age and day of the week
  • Food options available include sandwiches, yogurts, baked treats, etc.
  • Great separate space for the littlest ones to play safely and huge play space for your bigger kids kis to run around for hours, literally.

Treehouse Café – 10181 34 Avenue

  • Open 9am-9pm daily
  • Admission: Under 1 year free; 1+ years varies from $7.50-$11.95 based on age and day of the week
  • Menu is not great – everything is deep-fried or pre-packaged
  • This place is a blast but, I would not want to manage it with 2 kids and only 1 parent – chasing toddlers through tunnels is definitely required here!

Magic Space – 9056 22 Ave SW

  • Open M-Th 9-8pm; F 9-9pm
  • Admission: varies between $4-$7
  • Menu appears to be a fresh but I haven’t tried it personally. Lots of quick snacks (yogurt, chips, etc.)
  • Lots of fun here to be had here at half the price of other centres!

Galaxy Land at West Edmonton Mall – 8882 170 St NW

  • Hours and price vary. Under 2 years free.
  • Enjoy Toddler Time M-Th, 12-3pm for just $20.
  • Great place to waste away a blustery afternoon!
