Toy Review: Little People® Animal Sounds Farm™

My 7 month old won the Little People® Animal Sounds Farm™ at our most recent Mommy Connections group.  I was not only thrilled to have won but very excited to bring the farm home and set it up, as my son plays with a larger (older) version when he visits his Nana.

The farm was very easy to set up as there are only a few pieces that need to be put together to complete the barn.  My son watched with curiosity as I put his new toy together.

Although a bit young to use the farm to its full potential, my son loves to hold and chew on the animals and farm boy (we named him Jed).  He particularly loves the fence pieces.  The loose parts are just the right size for a little ones hands and do don’t present a choking hazard.  I sit my son in front of the farm and know he will play safely even when he pulls the barn down on himself.  It’s not heavy or cumbersome so I know he won’t get hurt.

The barn has 3 separate areas that produce music and animal sounds.  They are easy to activate even for a 7 month old and he is always amazed when he sets off the various noises.

I would definitely recommend the Little People Farm and will purchase other Little People products for my son to play with or give as a a gift.
