1. Soulspin
is Edmonton and surrounding area’s only spin-dedicated studio. Located in Sherwood Park, Soulspin offers beginner and advanced spin classes, HIIT Spin, Fusion, Spin & Core and more. They offer classes all throughout the day including lunch hours and early mornings! They also offer CHILDMINDING four times per week! Membership options include drop in, one month unlimited and punch passes.

The moms and babies registered in our Mom & Baby Active Summer Program will have the opportunity to try a special spin class at Soulspin – Mommy & Me Spin & Strength!
2. Pique Dance Centre is Edmonton’s exclusive Adult Dance Centre offering classes on a drop in, workshop and progressive basis for adults of all ages and experience levels. Located downtown, Pique Dance Centre offers a diverse array of distinct classes for beginners, intermediates and advanced abilities.
Classes offered include Fusion Belly Dance, Tap, Dance-Inspired Yoga, Pussycat Doll, Contemporary Improvisation, Ballet Basics, Modern Fusion, Jazz, Ballet, West African, Soca, Voguing, Thai Yoga Massage, Dance Temple, Musical Theatre, Afro-Cuban Dance, Cuban-Popular Dance, Dance Fitness and Brazilian Samba.

Our Downtown Mom & Baby Program will be visiting Pique Dance Centre to try an exciting new dance class!
3. Integration Pilates Studio, tucked away in Downtown Edmonton just north of Grant MacEwan, offers both private and group classes for all ages and abilities. Drop in, unlimited, pre-registered and punch passes available.
Classes offered include both Pilates Mat Classes and Pilates Equipment Classes, Gravity Strap and Kettlebar Classes, Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes, Cardio & Core (BOSU +) Classes and Workshops!
Pilates is great for new moms and anyone interested in strengthening their core and pelvic floor!
Our Mom & Baby Active Summer Program moms and babies will be trying Pilates with Tracy at Integration Pilates this Summer!
4. Momentum Health and Wellness offers Prenatal Fitness Classes, Postnatal Fitness Classes, Personal Training and Corporate Wellness in Klarvatten, a North Edmonton Neighbourhood.
Prenatal Fitness Classes are offered separately for women in both their 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy. Postnatal Fitness Classes offered include Stroll It Out and Moms on the Move – both which include baby in your workout. Personal Training is offered both in-studio and in your own home (mobile).
Our Mom & Baby Active Summer Program will be trying a Stroll It Out Class with Rachelle this summer!
5. Yogalife Studios has two beautiful studios in Edmonton, located in South Edmonton Common and in the Namao Center on 97 Street.
They offer hot, warm and non-heated classes and workshops for beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioners including, Hatha, Ashtanga, Core, Vinyasa Flow, Hot Flow, Yin, and Restore and Renew.
Prenatal and Mommy & Me Yoga are also offered at both locations. Drop in, punch passes and monthly unlimited memberships are available.
Our North Mom & Baby Program is offered at Yogalife Studios North!
