Summer Infant Bottle Genius Review

Sometimes I miss being the mom to a baby, because I miss out on using amazing new products! (Don’t get me wrong, I love the humor and energy that my 4 year old, and 2.5 year old bring everyday, but who doesn’t miss a teeny little one now and again?!)

One lucky mama in my current Mom and Baby program got the opportunity to try and review the new Summer Infant Bottle Genius.  Here is her review:

“I have a 4 month old at home who I give formula to alongside breast feeding. She is quite impatient and making a bottle at the right temperature with boiled water takes time. The summer infant bottle genius is an amazing product to have it saves so much time making a bottle. The set up is very easy and takes less than 15mins to set up – even using the custom setting for formula. I like that there are 2 settings for temperature even though I use only the warmer setting. The product is easy to use – you just choose how many ounces to make and the machine measures out the water and formula needed for it. All the bottles made had no clumps and were mixed well. You do still have to shake the bottles to ensure thorough mixing and you do still have to double check the temp on your wrist just to be safe. I also like that you can make odd number of ounces of milk 3oz for example without guessing how much formula powder is needed or just making 4oz and wasting what is left. Formula is not cheap!

The only drawback I saw with this product is that you need to use distilled or already boiled water, as the machine doesn’t steralize the water for you.  Not a huge deal as baby gets a bit older, so now just added a little extra step.

I would definitely recommend this product to a friend. 5/5. Love it!”
