Squinkies Review!

I had the pleasure of being asked to review some fabulous toys from our friends at blip toys. I had never heard of Squinkies before, but after receiving the products, they are on my shopping list for upcoming birthdays and Christmas!

My 5 year old daughter was thrilled to open the bright, engaging packing to pull out the Squinkies and their Clubhouse!

Squinkies are adorable tiny figurines, decorated with colourful faces, hair, and clothing, making them irresistible to little eyes!

We received the Squinkies ‘do Drops Collector Pack, as well as The Squinkies Clubhouse. The collector pack came with 12 super cute little Squinkies, plus 4 ‘Do Drops (interchangeable hair and hat styles).  The interchangeable items were super easy for my 3.5 year old and 5 year old alike to do on their own!

The Clubhouse has many different spaces for little fingers to reach and place the Squinkies, plus moveable tiny furniture, a pieces that really move (like a swing,).  I loved that little hands and fingers could easily move Squinkies around, plus all their gear, from spot to spot.  The Clubhouse was outfitted with many “posts” for Squinkies to move to and stand (or sit) securely!  Being in Early Childhood Education myself, I adore that while playing, the kids are really working on their fine-motor skills (building those small muscles in their fingers and hands), by moving and setting you The Clubhouse and clicking on the different head-gear for the Squinkies.
