Easy to use?

*It was very easy to use and I chose a day when I was home so I could leave it on or take it of at my leisure.

*I think I left it on about four hours because I got busy and it was no bother so I figured I might as well just leave it on and keep going.

Any changes?

*I did measure and noticed a bit of difference but not huge.

*I noticed that I felt really good and energetic and my skin was so soft after I took the wrap off .

Would you try again and recommend?

*I would like to try it again and then compare my energy levels again and pay closer attention to the measurements.

*I would also recommend anyone to try the product even if it was just for the moisturizing!
