Finances are that taboo thing that no-one talks about, but everyone needs to deal with. It can be an overwhelming experience here are a few tips to get you on the right track!

Tip 1

Sometimes another pair of eyes can see the extra dust! Meet with an advisor(me there are no fees) to review your personal program!

Tip 2

Freeing up extra money could make a huge impact to your financial well-being. Take a 90-minute challenge….identifies four key areas of overspending….our last client found and extra $1500 extra dollars in 20 minutes!

 Tip 3

If the idea of paying off your debt seems overwhelmed, consider DEBT STACKING. They say you eat an elephant one bite at a time… well the same concept applies to getting debt free. Debt Stacking can save you thousands of dollars in interest and several of years without struggling any further…..GREAT TIP!!

Tip 4

You need to set up an emergency fund. Set a goal of 3 months income…the key here is to tuck it where you get better then 5%, obviously, and where you cannot impulsively spend it…. I have just the place 🙂

Buy only cheap term insurance not expensive whole life or anything else that builds investment value because you can build up your wealth in a great investment with more control and no fees!. www.smartmoney.com

Tip 6

A little goes a long way. Always pay yourself first(a little of the top). Get with your financial advisor and ask for your FIN#….(Financial Independence Number)…(that’s the amount of money you will need save to be able to have an income coming in at retirement) Do you know yours?

Tip 7

A Tax Free Savings Account should NOT be just a savings account. Getting a decent return is key!
