Dealing with Baby Colic – A Review on Cocyntal Homeopathic Medication

For anyone who has ever dealt with their little ones having colic, you know how difficult it can be. I have seen some of my friends and family members dealing with some pretty difficult cases of it so, although I felt lucky that Miss K’s was never extreme, it was enough to give us all some grief! For Miss K, it would always hit about an hour after she would go to sleep at night; she would start to ball up, pulling her legs into her chest, her tummy would be hard and she would be so full of gas. The little cries were so heartbreaking and you felt like there was nothing you could do to make it better! For anyone who hasn’t heard of Cocyntal, it is a homeopathic medicine to help relieve symptoms of baby colic including abdominal pains, cramps, spasms and intestinal gas. What I love about Cocyntal is that is comes in a premeasured dose so you don’t have to worry about giving too much or too little in your sleep deprived state. Although baby colic usually effects babies 1-4 months, we still use Cocyntal for my 11 month old if she’s having trouble with gas build up and it still works like a charm! Cocyntal was the first Boiron product I ever used and I was hooked! We now use Camilia for teething and Coryzalia for runny noses and they work just as well!
