The HEXBUG Aquabot Seahorse!!

This toy has already become a bathtime favorite in our home! My daughter loves watching it swim around the bathtub and is completely entertained trying to catch it or follow it around! I’ve honestly never seen anything like it – looking so simple but with really cool technology! The Seahorse is powered by electro-magnetic propulsion and it uses its curly rubber tail and its back fin to swim and bounce around. Although we use ours during bath time, I can see where it would be really cool to put it in a fish tank so older children can have a no-mess pet! The Aquabot Seahorse automatically turns on when placed in water and turns off after several minutes of swimming in order to save battery. If you want to get it moving again, you just have to run your fingers through the water, touch the Seahorse, or tap the side of the tank it is in and it will wake up and start moving again! Considering my daughter never sits still in the tub, it definitely never stopped running! It’s also really neat because you can adjust how deep the Aquabot swims by adjusting the buoyancy control in the battery door! The Aquabot Seahorse comes in 5 translucent colours (we have the purple one!) and it includes two button cell batteries with two bonus batteries! Bath time is a big favorite in this house and so are bath toys, but I can honestly say the Aquabot Seahorse is definitely now at the top of our list!
