École Champs Vallée School: The power to make a difference is in your hands

École Champs Vallée School is currently being built in Beaumont, Alberta and the Fundraising Society is asking for your help to help get a grant through the Aviva Community Fund for the playground.

École Champs Vallée School Playground will be made of three main parts. We are planning on a traditional playground with climbing structures, monkey bars, swings, slides etc., a natural playground with rocks, logs etc., and a junior high area with outdoor basketball nets, picnic tables, benches etc. Presently there are no natural playgrounds in the Beaumont area and parents are leaving the community to access these types of playgrounds. We feel it would be a unique and welcome addition to the community.

Even if your children do not attend École Champs Vallée School, they will still enjoy the benefits of this natural playground outside of school hours.

How can you help? Anyone can vote from anywhere and it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Go to: www.avivacommunityfund.org and click Register on the top right of the page.
2. Register or Register with Facebook (if you register by email you will get a link emailed to you, to activate your account)
3. Once your account has been activated, you can vote! Under “How many votes do you want to cast?”, move the slider to 18 and click Submit your votes!
