Christmas to me is not just a holiday, it is my absolute favorite time of year! I love the family time, the cheer, the decorating, all the activities and the gift giving!! One of my favorite parts of the holidays is picking out special, thoughtful gifts for each person on my list (I actually start my shopping list at least 6 months early!!) and I feel like there’s bonus points when those perfect gifts have something to do with my adorable babies! This year I found the most adorable gift from Smallprint Edmonton West that hit every point on my list – personal, thoughtful, and everything to do with my sweet babies!

For anyone who hasn’t heard of Smallprint, they specialize in capturing your precious little ones’ fingerprints, handprints, footprints, signature or artwork in silver and then they turn this into the most adorable piece of jewellery. I had the pleasure of meeting Trudy, the owner/operator of Smallprint West Edmonton, back in September when she came into my home to make me my personalized keychain and it was such a great experience! She was so informative, easy going and great with my kids and I didn’t have to pack my kids up to go ANYWHERE!! Trudy made the process simple and quick, which I’m sure isn’t easy when trying to get fingerprints from an 8 month old and 2 year old! There were tons of choices: from the type of piece that you want (necklace, keychain, cuff links, bracelets, and the most adorable Christmas ornaments!), to the shape of the piece, to whether you want hand/foot/fingerprints! One of the best parts beyond the finished product, was that there was no mess either in my house or on my children, making clean up a blast!
