Expecting a Baby?
For the soon-to-be moms that want to move! 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and toning exercises, and 20 minutes of core and stretching. All exercises are specific for the expectant mom.
This class is suitable for soon-to-be moms in ALL stages of pregnancy.

Hi I’m 3months pregnant and get over the morning sickness and would to join your group in preparation for birth and to feel better about myself as I have gained so much wait over the past months.
