Welcome back to our latest Feature Friday! Today, I’d like to give a warm welcome to Elesha. She has a health and wellness store with amazing products. Please read below to get to know a little more about her!

How do you help people?

I help people by empowering them to take their health back into their own hands and to live an optimal life.  I help them learn about natural health solutions like essential oils, high-quality supplements, safe and effective beauty products such as skin care and shampoo. I also share information on things like nutrition, mindset and physical activity.

What’s your favourite part about what you do?

I love when people come back to me and tell me how amazing they feel or how a product worked for them and changed their life!

What are some of your hobbies?

I have 2 young kids, a husband, a full-time teaching job (I teach high school Phys-Ed) and my Win Each Day business so there is not much time left for hobbies. As a family, we enjoy getting outside in nature, being active and travelling.  I enjoy reading both for pleasure and personal development and working in my large organic vegetable garden.

What piece of advice would you give mothers?

Ask for help, take time for self-care and get some doTERRA essential oils!  If I knew when I had my kids what I know now I would have been able to use these oils for so many things!

Where do you see yourself in five years?

In five years I plan on focusing on my Win Each Day business full-time.  I will have changed over 10 000 family homes and the way they take care of their health, they will have all the tools at their fingertips to lead an optimized life!
