Welcome back to our latest Feature Friday. Today, I’d love to welcome Christine. She’s a yoga instructor who works with both children and adults. Please read below to get to know her better!
How do you help people?
I work with people to help them remember what their soul’s true desires are. Through a process known as medical intuition and life coaching, I guide people on a journey to discover wholeness within. This process helps us to turn up empowered in business, in relationships, and in parenting.
What’s your favourite part about what you do?
My favourite part of what I do is watching people surpass what their minds thought they were capable of and make long-awaited breakthroughs in feeling their best, healthy and happy selves.
What are some of your hobbies?
I am a born adventurer and love to travel, read, hike, and horseback ride.
What do you do to unwind after work?
After work is my family time which means I unwind by being with my son, making meals, and doing dishes. Yes dishes for me is unwinding!
Where do you see yourself in five years?
In five years I see myself less as a practitioner and even more as a teacher. My goal is to be living on a rural property where I can host people for outdoor education and retreats and empower more people to hold roles like I do, to create larger communities of healthy, whole, and happy people. I have a personal mandate to create 80,000 seeds of change to help us shift our patterns to new ways of being so we as a collective are able to live co-creatively with Mother Earth and foster resilient communities rooted in wholeness.
