Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas

Mango Banana Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup yogurt

Directions for all smoothies

  1. Combine ingredients from any combo in a blender
  2. Run at high speed until smooth
  3. Drink!
