Toy Review: Little People® Happy Sounds Home™

Play time is one of our favorite times of the day and the Little People Happy Sounds Home has become a key ingredient in making this time extra fun.

It is extremely appropriate and engaging for it’s targeted age group – 1 – 5 years.  The children can discover this colourful home, which features different rooms on 3 different levels.  Each room not only has familiar, real-life sounds, but also features easy-to-learn songs.  Children will quickly be singing along to these catchy tunes!

The included daddy, mommy and baby figurines are great for imaginative play and allow the children to work on their fine motor skills by helping the figurines walk up and down the stairs, go for a ride in the included car or lay down to take a nap.

There is a dial that twists on the clock which changes the daytime song themes to night time songs. What a great feature for helping teach children the difference between night and day. The bathroom in the house features real-life sounds to introduce “Potty time” to the younger children.

Little People products deliver great quality and the Happy Sounds Home shows this in the durable plastic, and detailed accents throughout the home.  It retails for around $49.99 which is comparable to other similar products that perform in the same way, so the pricing seems reasonable.  Little learners will love the entertainment Little People Happy Sounds Home brings to their playtime!
