Yesterday’s mom and baby class was extra special

Yesterday’s mom and baby class was extra special as we were joined by the amazing Roxanne (@yourdoularox ), a dedicated doula and a past Mommy Connections Peterborough & Kawartha Lakes mama! We had some open and honest chats about our birth experiences, how we prepared for the big day, and our postpartum journeys so far!

Roxanne shared how she met some of her best mom friends right here in class – it’s all about building that village 🥰! Even after a long night at the Peterborough Hospital supporting a birthing mama, Roxanne brought so much warmth and wisdom to our session.

We had an amazing time on Thursday at our Mini Movers class with special guest Whitney from @firstfiveclub! We sampled a fun-filled Kangadance session, and it was all about laughs, happy little ones, and plenty of moving and grooving!
