Mom & Baby

FOR MOMS WITH BABES 0-18M.

Our flagship Mom & Baby programs offer new moms a unique opportunity to learn from local experts, try new activities and socialize with others at the same stage – in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion led by a local expert and/or a fun and interactive activity for you and babe to enjoy together followed by an opportunity to chat with others at the same stage as you.

Mom & Baby Programs

Our three Mom & Baby offerings are as follows

Our flagship program offers new moms and babies (up to 9 months) a unique opportunity to make friends, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info in a fun, low-pressure, inclusive environment.

 

(0 – 9 MONTHS)

For older babies ‘on the move’, this program is a great opportunity to learn, have fun and socialize with your crawler or early walker. There is no expectation of stillness or silence – this program is all about moving and discovery!

 

(6 – 18 MONTHS)

Mama Moves is a fitness class designed for your postpartum body. It’s a safe and fun way to get moving post-pregnancy in the same warm and inclusive environment as our other programs – with babe in tow (of course)!

 

(6 WEEKS – 9 MONTHS)

We have classes for moms in all stages of early motherhood!
