Learn, have fun with your baby and meet other new moms in the area!

Our flagship Mom & Baby program offers new moms a unique opportunity to meet other moms, learn about local programs and services, and gather valuable parenting info – in a fun,  low-pressure, inclusive environment.

Each week features a discussion led by a local expert on topics ranging from sleep to introducing solids to baby massage or we’ll enjoy a fun and interactive activity for mom and baby – like yoga, mom & baby workout, or music.  Plus there’s an informal opportunity to chat with others experiencing the same challenges, fears and excitement as you are.  

This session runs for 6 weeks on Tuesdays January 13th – February 17th 2026 and runs from 11:00AM – 12:00PM in Peterborough.

This class is ideal for moms and their babies, newborn to 8 months.  The cost is only $170.

All participants will be added to a private WhatsApp chat for this class.

Each class will be limited to 12-14 moms in order to foster group discussion.

Included in your registration fee is:

  • Six classes full of information, bonding opportunities and connection

Frequently Asked Questions:

 

Q: How old should my baby be when I register?

 

A: The ideal time to do this program is when your baby is between two and four months old. That said, we welcome moms of newborns so long as your health care provider has cleared you for moderate exercise.  We also welcome ‘older’ babies up to 8 months, so long as they aren’t mobile yet. 

 

If your baby is older, we offer a Mini Movers program for 8 to 18 month olds.

 

Q: Can I attend just a few classes?

A: Single sessions are not available. A huge focus of our program is community building, which can only be created when a group is consistent from start to finish. 

 

Q: How many moms are in each class?

 

A: We aim to keep classes between 12-14 participants to foster a cozy, community feel.
 

Q: When will I find out the schedule of topics/activities? Are the classes types/activities guaranteed?

 

A: You will receive a schedule via email before your session begins. A sample schedule is available below.  We cannot guarantee that a particular type of class (like CPR, yoga, or music) will be a part of any given session. Class topics change slightly from session to session and are subject to local experts’ availability. We can, however, promise you a great mix of things!

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

 

A: Please note, registration cancellations are subject to a $30 administration fee, view our full cancellation policy here. A minimum of 5 participants are needed in order to run this class. In the event that we need to cancel due to low registration, you will receive a full refund.
