Artichoke Pate Recipe

Looking for a yummy appetizer to take with you to a party or to serve?  Check out this recipe from our Edmonton West Director @mommyconnectedw

Artichoke Pate Recipe

250 g cream cheese
1 jar pickled artichoke hearts (I usually cut these up small)
1 tsp garlic crushed ( we like garlic so I probably add at least tbsp)
1 cup parmesan cheese (1/2 goes in and 1/2 goes on top)
pepper to taste

Mix or I you can use the magic bullet or something similar so comes out pureed.

Put in a small crock pot, bake at 350F until it bubbles. (usually 20mins).

 

Serve with tortilla chips (and WINE!) Enjoy!
