Wow didn’t realize how much of a nutrient powerhouse – guess I will be adding it to my diet- now I know why my mom ate them all the time — thought they were just a diet food

I learned that spinach, carrots, broccoli and corn all average 5grams of fiber per cup!
I learned, and was surprised, that carrots have 5 grams of fiber per cup.
Omega 3 are great for your brain, and that cooking veggies make them loose their Vitamins that are naturally in them. Raw veggies are high in fiber!!
I learned that raw veggies have more vitamins than boiled ones. Also that carrots, spinach and broccoli each have 5gm of fibre!
I didn’t realize how wonderful grapefruit is I am going to include it more in my diet!

I learned that Grapefruit is a great source of Vitamin A, C, dietary fiber & lycopene. Coconut oil is also a source of Lycopene, this is good stuff!!!
I learned that exercise is good for the brain. Now I really should start doing it more often – great for the body AND brain!

Ask you doctor before eating grapefruit if on any medications. It can effect how effective they are, including birth control pills.
