What don’t I love about being a parent? I get so much joy from my girls, it’s unreal. I get a warm feeling in my heart when I see one of my girls master a skill or concept that I’ve taught them. I love loving my son. Each day is full of new surprised (he rolled yesterday) and absolute wonderment. It’s wonderful to experience all his firsts right along with him. As adults, we don’t experience the simple joys quite like that, unless we’re parents sharing in their moments 🙂
