Review: Baby Amaze Learn to Talk & Read Doll

From the minute my three year old daughter saw Baby Amaze dressed in her cute pink and white sleeper she was excited!  She couldn’t wait to open it up and take care of her new baby, which she promptly named Baby Baboon (who knows?).  This doll is so cool, the more you play with it the more interactive it becomes.  It immediately starts asking for “mommy” and her bottle, which delighted my daughter; Baby Amaze also comes with a pacifier to play with.  The more you talk to Baby Amaze the more she will talk to your child, she repeats words and phrases commonly used by your child.

Baby Amaze has some really great features that are awesome and unique for the younger child but it will also be great as your child grows.   She comes with 3 brightly coloured board books that include more then 70 words about animals, foods and household objects.  As you read these age appropriate stories with your child her Baby Amaze also learns the words you’re reading.  Baby Amaze sings 4 songs and 8 melodies, also a great plus for parents there is a volume control on the back!  Baby Amaze is incredibly soft and cuddly and the buttons are easy to press.  She is lots of fun to play with and has kept my daughter busy for hours.  Often she tells me her baby needs a nap, and then lays down with her!

I love this baby doll because my three year old is taking such good care of her, tucking her into bed, snuggling her and singing her songs.  A huge perk to me is Baby Amaze can be reset back to newborn later on when my three year old is less interested and my one year old needs a baby to love.

Toys that grow with your child are fantastic, and toys that can be passed on to smaller children are selling points for me!  I would absolutely recommend Baby Amaze as a birthday present for kids over two!  This baby will be well loved in our home for quite a while.
