Peekaboo Beans and PM Trudeau!

As a Canadian business owner, I am so proud to see a fellow Canadian business expanding and growing. Our Brand Partners at Peekaboo Beans have been all over the news recently as the Trudeau Child wore Peekaboo Clothes during all of the Canada 150 festivities this year. It was amazing to see an influential mom choosing Canadian clothing for her children. The kids were comfortable and looked great! These clothes were designed exclusively for the Trudeau Children.

Seeing so much coverage and talk about Peekaboo Beans on Canada Day was so fantastic to see. I really love the whole idea behind Peekaboo Beans and as I always say, their boys clothes are awesome. Great for rough and tumble little boys, but still great looking, while being comfortable for heavy play. We ordered several summer outfits for my boys that have been washed again and again (and AGAIN!) and the still look brand new.

My daughter is 8.5 and nearly at the end of wearing Peekaboo Beans because of her size. Well, she happened to be going to brownie camp in June and of course the forecast was for rain all weekend. Last year was the same thing- she went teepee camping and it poured all weekend long. Her rain coat from last fall was getting really small by the end of spring, so at the end of April, we passed it onto a friend. Just days before camp, I realised we didn’t have her coat as I forgot I gave it away. I quickly checked the Peekaboo Beans website. Sure enough, there was a jacket, but there was a glitch when ordering and I was becoming panicked that I wouldn’t receive it in time. I sent a note to Peekaboo Beans, letting them know I was after the size 10 jacket in Plum, but that the order hadn’t gone through. The next morning, I received the jacket. Warm, waterproof, perfect and right on time for camp! I hadn’t actually placed the order, or paid for it yet, but it was sent over night to my home. Simply OUTSTANDING service! Thank you Peekaboo Beans for saving the day with your amazing clothing. We are so proud to work with you!
