Flexitol Happy Little Bodies for Your Happy Little Baby (and Beyond!) – A Review

“Happy Little Bodies by Flexitol is a fantastic line of eczema care for your little one!  It is free from steroids, paraffin, cortisone, parabens, coal or pine tar and artificial fragrance, and it is a non-steroidal treatment option for eczema care.”

I first found out about Flexitol Happy Little Bodies products when I received the samples for my Mommy Connections classes.  I figured I’d give them a try, as my daughter was having a mild bout of eczema on her legs.  With the samples, I was able to try the Eczema Relief Cream. Right away, I loved the smell of it – kind of minty, but not… it was just a great fresh smell.  After applying it, I loved that it didn’t leave a greasy mess on my daughter and it took a little bit of time to rub in but once it did, you couldn’t even tell I had applied anything (other than to notice how much better my daughter’s skin looked immediately!).

Since that first try, we have loved and stood by Happy Little Bodies products in my house.  “There are three parts to the Happy Little Bodies regimen and they include Eczema Relief Cream to help with flare-ups, Eczema Body Wash & Shampoo for soap-free bathing, and Eczema Moisturizing Lotion to use daily.  The cream is a steroidal-free treatment option for eczema, while the lotion is a rich and non-greasy lotion, and the shampoo is a sulfate-free soap that contains colloidal oatmeal for eczema prone babies.” We love the Body   Wash & Shampoo for bath time (mom and dad even use it when we’re feeling dry!), and the Moisturizing Lotion is excellent for the day-to-day use for keeping everyone’s skin fresh!

Do you have a little one with dry skin or eczema?  What have you tried? I love that this product is non-steroidal and the ingredient list is so small.  Before having kids, I never thought much about what was going on my skin or into my body, but now I like to know that things are safe and healthy for my girls’ little bodies.
