Move With ME!- Dance back into shape with the best partner of all, your baby! Come move your body to beats from around the world as you connect with your new addition. This Dance Fitness class is a work out class for the caregiver wearing the child. With your babe snuggled into a baby carrier, you will learn basic steps to popular beats and dances. Move with me is a great workout and a chance to socialize with other parents. It is also a great way to share music and movement with your baby.

Move Together- For Parent and Child age 3-7
This class is designed for the caregiver and child to bond/have fun while moving and working out together. This class helps develop large and fine motor movements. Together you can build strength, body awareness, balance and overall fitness. Expect a very friendly open-minded environment! Come have fun while working out together with your children while experiencing the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Rules of the steal:

Limited to the first 50 people to register
Only Valid on Move with Me or Move Together enrolments and class times no other classes offered by Move N Soar
Must register and pay in full prior to December 31,2015
Only Valid on the January enrolment running from the week of January 11th- March 27th
