1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup salt

2 tbsp of cream of tartar

2 tbsp of oil

1 cup water (optional to add tea infused flavouring)

food colouring

Combine the above ingredients and stir constantly for about 5 minutes over medium heat until it forms a ball. Then take out and knead the dough on a cutting board. To add flavouring, I steep some tea in a cup of boiling water. Then use that as your water you are adding to the recipe. Takes about 10 minutes – with the help of a toddler measuring everything – about 15 minutes!
