Kids & Company has developed an amazing offer for our members! For $350 you can purchase 15 days of emergency back-up child care at their facilities. This is a perfect option for stay at home moms looking to have some flexibility for medical appointments etc. This plan is also ideal for a work at home mom like myself, as it gives me some flexibility to book work meetings etc outside of my regularly scheduled child care days. Also, if you know that your nanny or home daycare provider is going on holidays, this might be the perfect solution for you.
Please note that this plan is meant to compliment current child care arrangements – it can’t be used as regularly scheduled care for your child (i.e. you can’t just booked the next 15 Mondays in a row) You also can’t use it for more than 5 consecutive days. Although they guarantee a spot so that you can go to work/appointments, they cannot guarantee the actual location. You may be required to attend a location somewhere in the area, but not necessarily at your first choice. The package is valid from January 1st 2012 – December 31st 2012.

On-Line Registration
As part of offering high quality childcare, our on-line registration process will ensure that all of your child’s information is collected, enabling us to better provide services to meet each child’s individual needs. Before a child can attend a Kids & Company centre, a Registration Form needs to be filled out and payment terms provided.
The on-line registration is a two-step process:
The first step is to complete a Parent Enrollment form. This gives us minimal parent information and will allow us to verify availability for your desired program. This step does not ensure you are registered with us. You can do this by going to our website, www.kidsandcompany.ca and selecting the box at right called “Getting Started”. Next, select your Company from the pull down box in the centre of the screen. If your Company name is not listed, please select “My Company is not listed here”. A Parent Enrollment Form will pop-up on your screen. Please fill in the requested information and submit. Another pop-up window will appear, explaining that your password will be e-mailed to you shortly. You will receive this e-mail within 1 hour.
The next step is to complete a Child Registration form. You do this by going back to our website, using your e-mail address as your user ID and the password which has been e-mailed to you. You will now be presented with the “Parent Portal” which is unique to your Company. Please change your password to something you can remember. Next fill in a complete Child Registration Package. You have three options: Full-time/Part-time program, Backup Childcare Program, or Both Programs, the appropriate registration form will appear. Please select a payment option on each form.
Once you have completed the on-line forms, please print, and sign the Parent Consent form and the Parent Contract.
Any forms and any payments via cheque should be mailed to Kids & Company Head office at 50 Minthorn Blvd., Suite 100, Thornhill, ON L3T 7X8, or brought to one of our sites.
