Apple Caramel Dip – Best Potluck Recipe EVER!

I just returned from my son’s potluck Christmas party and this dish was huge hit again, so I thought I’d share it!

Apple Caramel Dip

You’ll need:

250ml     Light Cream Cheese

1/3  cup   Icing Sugar

1/3 cup    Brown Sugar

Caramel Sauce

Skor Bar

Tart Apples (Granny Smith or Gala work best)

1. Combine 250ml of light cream cheese with 1/3 cup of brown sugar and 1/3 cup of icing sugar.
2. Blend using a beater until nice and smooth.
3. Scoop into bowl and top with caramel sauce and 1 crumbled Skor bar.
4. Serve with any sort of sliced tart apple
