We recently asked our fans on Facebook which classes they had signed up for after trying a demo in our program.  I thought that I would share the results so that our readers got a sense for all of the incredible mom & baby businesses and programs available in the West End!

Melanie wrote: “While on Mat Leave, I joined the Fitmom classes at Think Fitness Studios! It was the best thing ever!! So worth all of the soreness felt on the days following the workouts!”
